HSR neuro Clinic and Stress free Bengaluru Foundation invites you to an *evidence based stress management workshop* on 23rd of February morning 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The registration is completely free. This workshop will be conducted by Neurologist Dr Advait Kulkarni and An Entrepreneur and Yoga, Meditation expert Mr Madhu Nag.
The workshop will focus on dealing with stress through yoga, Pranayama and meditation. Short introduction to Vipassana meditation will be given in workshop.
