was having some blurred visions so went to check the eye specialists who after a few tests referred me to Dr.Advait. After meeting him and consulting about the problems I was facing and showing him the MRI report he suggested that I had Chronic Venous Thrombosis (CVT) and to get the treatment started right away. My blood platelets count was more than 150% of the threshold value and serum Homocysteine was elevated. Dr.Advait straight away started the medication and within a week it was all normal. With brain issues you don't expect to be treated by just medicines but Dr.Advait made it possible and I would suggest him to anybody who is having any neurological problems

I suffered with neck pain and Lower limb weakness and consulted Dr.Advait on this and got admitted in hospital. I was diagnosed with Cervical and Medullary Demyelination. He is very friendly doctor i would strongly recommend for those who are suffering from nerve or muscle pain. He just explain me what is the cause of the pain and not recommended any of the test explained me clearly through medicine it can cure..if required only he will ask for the test . I am happy that I was recovered from my pain with in 5 days.☺️

First thing , I want to tell about the doctor and his timeliness. He will be in the clinic sharp 5:30. Secondly he doesn't seem to be advising un-necessary tests. He is very friendly and answers the messages if we are in need. Reaching out to the doctor is easy which is merely impossible now a days . I admire about his pleasantness , timeliness and good at talking to the patients which really makes the patient comfortable. He advises to do meditation as well which many doctors doesn't do but that is really needed for us now a days with this stressful life. I started doing that . I see lot of difference before and after.

Dr. Kulkarni is very knowledgeable and a very good doctor. My mother-in-law is suffering from dementia for a long time now. After consulting him, she started showing signs of improvement. My family is thankful to him for his way of treatment and friendly nature.
